Duncan's Cycling Blog 2 Tuesday April 20th 2010

Hi again riders, I hope you are all well?

This time around I rode along the Kawasaki side of the Tama River for about 20 minutes or so, and then crossed a bridge over to the Tokyo side.

A better ride for me as I didn't need to do any backtracking (as I did last time). Also I was aware of where the bike tracks ends on the Tokyo side and planned my ride to start on the Tokyo side around that point and going in the opposite direction back towards Hanada Airport.

As you can likely see this ride is also a Tuesday, no surprise there as my sports club is closed every Tuesday so  a good chance to get out.

Was a bit cloudy on this day with quite a strong wind (can you hear me talk?) and it actually started raining after my hour and a quarter ride.

The weather is clearing up (and warming up too) so I hope to take my son with me on a ride. I have a mountain bike with front shock absorbers, so I am able to have a child seat only in the rear (I have 2 children so 'There can be only one!').

See you all after my next ride.

Thanks

Duncan
